  2. Connect QuickBooks Online through Intuit's secure sign-in — one time.
  3. Work as usual. New invoices and payments sync automatically; matched customers stay tidy.

There's nothing to install and nothing to export. Once connected, the sync runs in the background — you keep quoting, invoicing and taking payments in LightCater, and QuickBooks stays current on its own.

Turn it off anytime from the Marketplace; your LightCater records are never affected.

Which version of QuickBooks does it work with?
The integration connects to QuickBooks Online. You link your account once through Intuit's secure sign-in.
What data syncs to QuickBooks?
Customers, invoices (with line items, taxes and balances) and payments/deposits. Customers are matched to existing QuickBooks contacts so you don't get duplicates.
Do I have to export files or re-key anything?
No. Once connected, the sync runs automatically in the background — there's no CSV export and no manual entry.
Is it included in my plan?
The QuickBooks integration is an optional add-on you switch on from the in-app Marketplace, and you can turn it off anytime. See pricing for details.
Can I use Xero instead?
