Does LightCater work for off-premise caterers, or just venues?
Both. The customer record, proposal/contract/invoice flow and BEO work the same whether the event is at your venue or at the client's location. Off-premise caterers use the BEO for transport timing, load-in/load-out, and on-site equipment notes.
