How far ahead can parents order?
As far ahead as your menus are published — plan rotating menus up to 8 weeks out and parents can order a week or a whole month in one checkout, with one payment. Each day arrives as its own order, and a regular order can repeat weekly for up to 8 weeks.
How are allergies handled?
Every dish carries allergen and dietary icons, and parents can filter the menu by allergen. Each child's profile stores their allergies, so dishes that don't fit are flagged before they're ordered, and allergen icons print on every lunch label.
What happens if a child is sick or the school closes?
Parents can cancel a single day up to your cutoff time and the value is credited back to their family balance. When a school closes, affected orders are credited automatically.
Can schools or parent councils see the orders?
Yes. Each school or parent council can have its own portal with menus, class lists and order reports, plus an optional fundraising summary if you share a portion of each order with the school.
